My approach deeply involves working with teams and individuals and NOT ONLY focusing on the processes, as we all carry beliefs and perspectives that don’t allow us to align with the vision we want to create.

My work focuses on individuals and teams across the organization to create a strategy and changes that resonate within the business and allow alignment with a clear purpose and vision.

As a business therapist, I get to the root cause of why organizations operate in a certain way. Most of the time, it has much more to do with beliefs than a lack of processes or “best practices”. As one business owner puts it “My goal was to focus on time-tracking and ended up focusing on sales. I haven’t thought about that…”. It is not about the thing but what it is in you, as a business owner, that doesn’t allow you to do or say the thing.

I use a mixture of Agile Project Management, Innovation Practices, and Digital Transformation, mixed with coaching, therapy, and self-discovery to help you and your organization get to where you want to go.
